Palisades at Langley Pond

for nearly a month now I have been unable to use my Garage that costs $150 a month to rent. After multiple attempts to get it fixed with the front office and being told they are waiting for a contractor I decided to just cancel it only to be told it requires 30 days notice, that's fine, what isn't is not giving me a credit for the amount of time I was unable to use my garage. For weeks the front office and maintenance have been absolutely useless in assisting me or getting me any answers unless I call up there directly. I was told, "renting the garage is kind of like owning a house, if something goes wrong you just have to deal with it" actually I rent to avoid this exact problem. My next review will be with the Better Business Bureau feel free to call me, you have my number.

My husband and I had such a great experience with this apartment complex! The entire process—from touring to signing the lease—was incredibly smooth and easy. The property manager, Hope was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. My move-in experience was exceptional, and the apartment was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as promised. I really appreciate how organized and welcoming the whole team has been. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free move and a well-managed community!

We have been here since may 2nd. We have been having issues since we’ve moved here. It’s ridiculous the walls are thin neighbors not having a care in the world. Our neighbor upstairs constantly makes noises when we try to get sleep. Management hadn’t done there job properly and enough is enough. Breaking my lease because this is an unprofessional establishment that just takes your rent money and uses it for food trucks. Instead of fixing the issue u call the person and it does no good. Courtesy officer can’t do anything. I would recommend that nobody moves out here. It’s a shame that people have to break their lease to get into a better situation. They really deserve no stars

Marylou Is the lovely lady that helped us and she was fantastic! We had a great experience on the tour and she definitely sold us on the palisades and we will be moving forward in the application process. It is a lovely community; if you're looking to move, definitely check it out!

We have really enjoyed our 6 months here. Everyone is friendly and staff always very helpful and professional . Grounds, gym and club house are clean. We enjoy our morning walks around the community. When you need maintenance you receive fast service.
