The Summit Lofts

I moved in January 2025 after transferring from a nearby community (don't ask!) and I’m super glad I did...I’ve noticed a lot of upgrades around the property and the staff is way friendlier and super helpful. Shoutout to Valerie, Veronica, Kat and the maintenance team. They have always been quick to help whenever I needed something. I love that garage parking is included, the building has secure access, and washers and dryers are in the units. Everything feels clean, safe, and comfortable. It is rare to find office staff who genuinely care and show empathy, but here they really do. Overall, this place just feels like home, and it's the first time for me in a long time. Super grateful!

Valerie and Veronica in the front office are awesome! They are friendly, professional and personable towards tenants and all who walk into the office. They quickly respond and resolve any issues presented to them. The Summit Lofts apartments are nice apartments, but the staff is the tipping point on why you should select The Summit Lofts. Overpriced and underwhelming. Moved into a live/work loft apartment, 2108, and had issues immediately with ants, evidence of prior water damage, breakers blowing resulting in losing all the food in my fridge TWICE. This was a second residence for me and furniture was never even moved upstairs. There was never much food stored in the apartment and the ants were in the closets, living room, downstairs bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/kitchen pantry. No idea why. I paid rent early and was the sole occupant. When I needed to move it early, I ended up paying $6000+ in early termination fees, with 60 days notice. I deep cleaned even though the apartment was still like brand new. They kept my entire deposit, on top of the fees. The facilitates regularly had issues. Fireplaces not functioning. Securi

At first this place was great. My wife and I moved in December 2024. We felt safe and this property felt luxurious, it sets itself apart from other apartments in the area. SINCE Hilltop management (HM) took over, the following have occurred: -They lowered the price immediately after taking over & the DEMOGRAPHIC has changed. The new move ins have been destroying this property leaving trash in the parking garage, hallways, crime in the area has increased, & parking in reserved spots or taking 2 spots. -HM sent an email stating crime is rising in Gtown yet the gate to our 🅿️ garage is either broken or left open the whole day, night, & all weekend long. -Random cars are now waiting at the gate and they enter whenever a resident is leaving or returning. -People are speeding up and down the gar
