I love the staff. They do their best to keep the building clean and up to date. They are always one call away for help. They are so great with the children in the community. We have a lot of community gatherings and fun in our Café ! They acknowledge all of their clients and residents from weddings , birthdays, child birth and death . They definitely show me love and get involved with my music career. We have a very supportive team here living at The Summit ❤️✨☺️🙌🏽
The previous reviews have to be a joke! This property is horrible!! How am I aware of this. I've visited this property and know some residents. The trash rooms on several floors are disgusting, the doors are OFTEN broken, the inner stairwell are trashed, drugs are often left after use, needles are left, lets not forget the major rat population around the entire building running rapid!!!!! Homeless people in the lobby, the stairwell ect. I WOULD NEVER LIVE ON THIS PROPERTY!!!!! NEW RESIDENETS DON'T EVEN BOTHER RENTING FROM THIS TRASH,RODENT,HOMELESS FILLED BUILDING!!!!!
Yesterday, May 30th, 2024, around 1 o’clock me and my mother had arrived at the St. Martin apartment to return requested documentations to embark upon my mother lease contract with the apartment. As, I was preparing to submit my mother lease, I was vastly embraced by the assistant manager. Initially, the conversation was very civilized and helpful to providing assistance with our inquiries. While, the assistant manager (who refused to provide me with her name) went through my mother’s application and stated that she was missing additional documents (social security card, ID, and bank statement) to complete her application. Also, she stated that there three documents incomplete but when explained to her that my mother stated she didn’t understand those documents she insincerely appeared and
I’ve lived here for about five months and I absolutely love the summit, I never want to leave! Management is very helpful as well as super nice, whenever I have a question or need assistance in my apartment they do not hesitate to help me immediately. My apartment is amazing, fits me and my needs very well.
As a former resident here I would advise anyone who’s looking into getting a unit with their property to don’t do it. Maintenance sucks. Management sucks. I’ve called and called and called, went to their office about the problems in my unit and no one cares. The building is trashy and rodent infested don’t do it.
