Summit at Metro West.. Just don’t move here. There’s better options. Even for bad apartments and worse locations. But this one took the cake of the places I’ve lived over the last decade. We were desperate when we moved so it was our last and best option so if that’s your case this is the place for you. If you don’t want to see daily roaches over your counters, walls or furniture. This not the place for you. The maintenance people God bless their heart are super nice i don’t blame anything on them. But this one of the worst poorly repaired places I have ever had bad luck to live in. I don’t know how we missed so much when we walked the apartment the first time. This place nearly cost us our lives !!!! no safety, no accountability, no empathy I don’t normally leave reviews, but I can’t stay silent after what happened to my family. A fire broke out in our apartment while me, my boyfriend, and our 1-year-old baby were asleep. The fire was caused by faulty ACH wiring inside the walls — something completely out of our control. To make it even worse, the fire alarm didn’t go off, and the sprinklers never activated. We woke up to thick smoke and had to escape on our own. No warning, no protection, nothing. What’s truly unbelievable is that even after all this, management never once contacted us. No call. No message. No apology. No offer to move us to a different unit. No empathy at all. My wife and I just moved to Orlando 3 months ago and have been living here ever since. Moving from a different city can be extremely unnerving, but with the help of Audri and Shannon we felt right at home! Everything has been great from the amenities to the helpful maintenance team. We absolutely love our apartment and have no complaints!

I lived here for almost 4 years and I genuinely loved it. It’s a safe community and quiet. We used their amenities often and never had issues. The apartment was really great and it really became our home. Always felt at peace and safe, and I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to rent.

Definitely would not recommend this complex. The types of floors the apartments have makes it extremely noisy. Sounds like people upstairs will be falling through the ceiling. Tried adding an attachment to this review but videos aren’t able to be uploaded. (Maybe Yelp?) Also I spent the last 6 years living on the ground floor at another complex until moving here this fall and I’ve seen more bugs here in my second floor apt than the entire 6 years at my old place. Counting down the days until the lease expires.
