The Strand at Cedar Grove by Centex

We are thrilled with our home in The Strand at Cedar Grove. The whole process was smooth from selecting our site, deciding on the model that met our needs to picking our design options. We worked with Kim in the sales office. She was so kind and informative while guiding us through the whole process. We were out of state while the home was being built however she kept us informed of each step with updates and photos. It has proven to be a great community with a population mix of families to retirees!

Kimberly Moore in the Sales Office at the Strand is so sweet and very customer service oriented. Not only was she totally responsive and helpful during the home purchase and building experience, she continues to go above and beyond after sale. The whole experience with Centex Homes in the Pulte Group has been our best home building experience to date, and we have built six homes in 37 years.

The houses are beautiful but definitely check your house from ceiling to floor as you will find mistakes that may or may not get fixed properly, getting a response from Hoa management is a joke, sunny grove maintenance and landscaping is a joke. The community pool is small, the trees down the path of bridge they made are dying so that doesn’t look pleasant when you’re walking. Hopefully the community gate we pay for is closed all the time when community is completed.

We recently bought a home here, and the experience was fantastic! The entire process was seamless, and after exploring several communities, we found that The Strand offered the best value for the money. What really stood out to us was that The Strand includes so many upgrades at the base price—features that other communities didn’t offer at this price point. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, and we would highly recommend The Strand to anyone looking for a new home!
