We recently worked with Girka Design Build on several home improvement projects, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. We did a whole house renovation in 2022 and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We started with a basic idea of what we wanted and then the Girka team took it from there. They created the design and then executed the complete renovation resulting in new kitchen, baths, flooring, electrical, plumbing in a fresh and open design, with tons of functional storage. As we were remote for much of the renovation, we appreciated that Nick Girka was onsite throughout the project, and his attention to quality and detail as he worked with his sub-contractors. At the same time we updated to hurricane windows and doors throughout so we now have the complete package. Basically we made our old house new again. Easily a 5-star result.

We recently moved to Florida and wanted to update our condo. I reached out to Nick to get an estimate. From the first meeting he was very personable and thorough. After getting a few bids we decided to go with Girka Design. We had heard a lot of horror stories about shady work that we could potentially encounter, Nick was the most organized and took the time to understand what we wanted and give us a fair quote. Nick has a great work ethic and gives a lot of great input to make the project better. All in all, the reno is complete and we love our new condo. We contracted with Girka Design Build to design and install a feature wall to include a TV mount for our great room and were very pleased with the results. Nick and Jennifer took our design inspirations and provided us with several options to work from. We ended up with a beautiful, unique, custom built feature wall that gave us all the design features we were looking for and creating the "wow" factor for our great room.
