Such a beautiful apartment complex! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Mia was our leasing consultant, and she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire move-in process. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. The team responds quickly and efficiently to any emails or questions, which we truly appreciate. The apartment itself is gorgeous — very spacious, well-designed, and feels like home already. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here! ✨

My move-in experience at The Southerly at Heron Creek was truly a 5/5! From start to finish, everything was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Lindsey was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt confident every step of the way. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. I also had the chance to work with Mia when Lindsey wasn’t available, and she was just as wonderful—another 5/5 experience! Both of them made me feel welcomed and valued from day one. The community itself is beautiful, well-kept, and has such a great atmosphere. So far, everything has been fantastic, and I’m so happy with my decision to move here. Highly recommen

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful! The apartments and the grounds are beautiful! The maintenance crew or always on time. You request something tonight before day before they're there within 24 hours! Everyone here is extremely friendly and nice. There are people anymore apartments still available!
