The Station at River Crossing

I lived here for 16 months and Tim and Keikora were nothing short of phenomenal! Any time there was any sort of maintenance concern it was quickly resolved. The property is very clean and very SAFE. Every month there were fun community activities. All of the amenities were always well taken care of. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the station. We will definitely miss living there!

First off the last couple of positive reviews I honestly don't feel are real, I have lived on this small property going on 3/4years and have never seen these people????? My experience living here was good other than normal small things that come up on any property! Kudos to the MAINTENANCE team that was in place prior to me leaving the care and concern they have to ensure your apartment/home is comfortable is amazing. Doug and Shonda made an AMAZING team! What I will say is the property management team don't really invest in the property itself! BUDGETING concerns, so broken outside furniture, ripped umbrellas and pool furniture for saying this is a luxury property is in TERRIBLE shape, BEING HONEST ,hopefully this will be year of replacing it! 6/20/2023 - Lisa has been a blessing for us. She helped us to find an awesome place to live here in Macon. This is our first time visiting the city and we already feel at home. Thank you Lisa because you make us feel welcome and most important because we share the same love for dogs!!! 🥰🐶. 11/20/2023 For personal reasons we had to leave Station before the end of our contract. My wife and I can say that Keikora did everything in her power to help us make the process simple and satisfactory. We are very grateful because while we live there we enjoy all the amenities: Pool, gym and everything is very clean. When we needed the maintenance department they immediately resolved it in less than 24 hours. I think you get what you pay for, it's not expensive for everything they offer. Many thanks t

We have loved our stay here. All staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Keikora always goes above and beyond for residents, she truly makes this place feel like home.

Tim at The Station at River Crossing was outstanding from the moment he greeted us at the door. His attentive and welcoming demeanor made the entire experience seamless. He didn’t miss a beat, answered every question, and made me feel truly valued as a future resident. Doug, the maintenance supervisor, was also very kind he greeted us warmly and it’s clear he takes pride in keeping the community well-maintained. They will definitely be the reason I lease, but I must also say the apartments are absolutely beautiful, and I can see myself living here forever.
