I especially love the inviting scent of their lobby and bathrooms. The management team's commitment to excellence is what truly sets them apart. They maintain a high internal standard but hold their partner vendors, like us, to an even higher one. This dedication ensures the best possible experience for their residents. I’ve had a great experience living here! Jordan at the front desk is always so kind and helpful, and truly makes residents feel supported. He worked effectively to resolve an issue I had by speaking with management. Maintenance is also outstanding, quick, reliable, and efficient. Jack is amazing and always does a fantastic job. So grateful for such a wonderful team!

I had a wonderful time here! My account was locked and frozen, but Jonny and the manager, Cory, were incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted out. They were patient, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, rather than rushing me. What really impressed me was how calm and understanding they were during a stressful time. They made sure I felt heard and treated me as an individual, not just another customer. Their customer service was excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about assisting people. I truly appreciate the effort and support from Jonny and Cory. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and people who genuinely care about you.

Jack, the maintenance worker here at Standard, is incredibly hardworking, kind, and compassionate to everyone!!! Jack truly cares about each and every person who lives in the Standard. Jack always greats everyone no matter what, and always has a smile on his face!!! My roommates and I cant say enough great things about Jack.
