The Standard Apartments

I've been a resident of The Standard for the past three years, and I genuinely wish I could stay here forever. However, it's time for me to move on. My time here has been an absolute pleasure. Not only is the location convenient, but the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the apartment complex is impeccable, and I've been fortunate to have wonderful neighbors. It's extremely quiet which makes it peaceful to live here. The Standard consistently exceeds my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the historic part of Scottsdale. Glen has been incredibly helpful and supportive. Maintenance always promptly addressed any issues I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I truly felt at home here, and it's been an amazing experie

What can I say, I moved in a few months ago and have been floored by both the amenities offered as well as the caring staff. Glenn and Ewelina are outstanding in the front office and go above and beyond to make all the residents feel right at home. The maintenance team Paul and Neal keep the place top notch and put so much care into maintaining a gorgeous property. As far as residents go it’s a very tight not community with lots of resident events and get togethers with an all around sense of community. Would highly recommend for anyone considering moving in or too the Old Town area!

I had the opportunity to take a look at the Standard Apartments while attending an event. It is very well maintained, the lobby us,a fantastic place to hold events, meet someone or hang out after work. Pool, gym all is top notch. Apartments are well appointed. It was great to see gas stoves instead of electrical. Very nice large washer/dryer set is hidden in a closet. Apartments are small but we'll put together. Hallways are fun to look at, elevators are big. It is extremely well located and it has a working relationship with the Valley Ho hotel. Tenants can get room service from their restaurants. Overall l liked it very much. Enjoy the pictures l took!

We just moved in to The Standard over a week ago and so far living at The Standard has been a great experience. Kobe in the leasing office is beyond amazing and is always there for the community’s residents. From answering our millions of questions, to showing us the unit twice to make sure it was a perfect fit, to organizing amazing events for residents; Kobe has made our move into the complex simple and made it truly feel like home. Even before moving in we saw Kobe at a local restaurant one evening and she even made sure to say hi (absolutely amazing)! The Standard truly feels like home with an unbeatable atmosphere in an amazing location. To Kobe and the rest of the office staff, thank you!!

We have lived at The Standard for 2 years now and we absolutely (still) love it! The grounds are always kept clean, along with the interior of the building. Valet trash is convenient. The maintenance team is speedy with requests. Evelyn, the property manager is very easy to work with and hosts fun resident events every month! We don’t ever hear any of our neighbors. The location is perfect - has everything you’d want to do and is 100% walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, the waterfront etc. I recently got a bike and they have a safe area in the garage to lock it up. It’s fun to explore more of old town riding around, especially along the river that’s 1 minute away! The gym is great - has everything you need!
