I’m so satisfied with the attention we received today from Laura Vasquez. She explained everything to us nicely and clearly. We have some questions about the lease agreement, and she was happy to help. Her attitude made the whole process easy and smooth. Great customer service! I highly recommend the place. My daughter stayed here while attending CSUB. Bought her a bike to get back and forth to campus and someone stole it right in front of a group of workers, doing work right outside her apartment. She left for a hour. Came back and it was gone yet no one saw who took it. Hmmm. They we're literally right there.... LITERALLY. Bought her a 2016 Nissan Maxima. Someone rammed into the back of it while it was parked. No one saw anything and no camera footage. When she moved into the apt her bedroom smelled like a dog pound. The Springs would not clean the carpets, so we had to pay out of pocket. Her mailbox were robbed twice, so we/she had to send her packages to the school instead. Definitely a place to stay away from. If you want 90% of your deposit to be taken, insects, rude and careless management, thin walls, theft, dirty sidewalks, you came to the right place. Won’t care about your car being broken into “you can leave if you want to”, you ask questions they rather avoid answering, careless, you have to actually tell them that you have 20+ spiders at your doorstep for them to come out and take care of it. What am I paying rent for? Good luck with your business Springs or GSF properties. But this isn’t the way to run one.

I recently visited here the people were beyond helpful. Specifically Laura Vasquez she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and easy to talk to. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and patient, answering questions and making the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free.It was really clean outside and inside the area!

I lived there for 4 years, rent went up over $300 per month in that time. My car was broken into twice, the office girls are like oh well. No security, cameras or any care for you as a tenant. They 1st refunded a whole $18 from my deposit and now weeks later are trying to say they now need to replace the carpet and are trying to charge me $1100???? Its been over a month since I moved out. These people are scammers. They wont fix issues like a leaking window but complain of a small stain on the carpet. Not worth all the hassle, rudeness from the staff and risk of your car getting broken into or stolen.
