Moving to Dallas with our toddler, we were anxious about finding a home that felt truly safe and peaceful. It's been over 3 months now at The SouthWestern, and this place has exceeded every expectation, offering both a calm environment and a strong sense of security for our family. Its location is a huge advantage, just a 5-minute walk from UT Southwestern Medical Center, which makes my daily commute incredibly convenient. What really made the difference for us was the outstanding support from Yudith Reyes. From our very first inquiry, she guided us with patience, clarity, and genuine care. It rare you come to apartments and there is a duo better than Tamara and Quentin I must say. They both made my move in swiftly and professionally wasn’t no stress any thing I asked was handled in under 5 minutes. Also my apartment was most definitely up to par and ready for my move in. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Apartment is beautiful and offers an amazing walkway to medical district. Staff is always friendly and fast to help with service requests. Mike is an amazing manager who is willing to help with anything, very funny and knowledgeable. In terms of looks, when we first moved in, there are spots where walls or paint are messily applied/fixed so do not expect a perfect luxury looking apartment. From 6am-12pm, there is always atleast some type of work being done 75% of the time during the week so expect constant loud sounds when you are sleeping, this can get pretty annoying if you are trying to sleep in.

Mike was awesome to work with! Grounds are clean, great community areas and maintenance crew. Mostly students, professionals, and small families live here, good neighbors to have. The cons: - You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Just normal stuff like conversation and the TV. I can even hear them sneeze! Terrible soundproofing. - I attached a video of the upstairs neighbor's dog running around. That's how bad the sound proofing is. - Inconsistent garbage pickup. - Front gate is broken 50% of the time, and when it's open, it buzzes constantly. The residents living close to the gate will hear it until it's fixed. - Patio doors not properly sealed so dust and bugs get in.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike Karbowski! From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service, responded promptly to every question, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and quick leasing process. I was in need of an immediate move-in due to an emergency, and he made it happen with incredible efficiency and professionalism. I truly appreciate their dedication, communication, and support during a stressful time. On top of that, I had two maintenance issues shortly after moving in, and both were handled the same day — fast and efficiently. The entire team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate their dedication and support. Highly recommend!
