The Social Laramie

I have lived at The Social for about 4 months now and I have had a great experience! The lady’s in the office, Abby and Catherine, have been great to me. They are able to answer all of my questions and they are super sweet! Catherine also does a great job planning The Social’s events. I love the instagram account too, the videos are super cute and funny. The overall experience has been great, if I had any problems Gabe and everyone in the office has worked hard and diligently in order to fix said problems.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and I’m signing for a another year in my apartment! I really love how close it is to campus, the hot tub and the clubhouse is my FAVORITE! Everything is very clean and modern. It’s nice that the internet is reliable with so many online classes and when I moved in I had the option to use their furniture or my own (moving to Laramie I didn’t have to buy any). I don’t know what I would do without the staff being here to help when I first moved in, they were and continue to be so helpful! THANK YOU!

Horrible, no one knows what they are doing. The rent is expensive and management could not manage a tee-ball game. The place was so filthy when we moved in, I'm talking about black gunk caked on the drain and dirt all over the walls (When you would shower the condensation would drip brown since the walls were so dirty, AKA Not a single attempt to clean after the old tenants moved out). Our heater stopped working in the dead of winter and it took over a week to fix because they forgot to order the part. (it was 50 degrees in our apartment and I wasn't even there for the worst of it). They didn't change the filter for way too long as well so another negligence factor. I had a very bad experience with my neighbors which became a safety issue for me and they had 0 interest in fixing it. They a
