Absolutely loved living here! Staff was always super friendly and helpful. The few times I had issues, maintenance was over to help in less than an hour. Grounds were wonderfully kept and the neighborhood was awesome! I highly recommend Powell Enterprises for anyone looking for quiet and affordable apartments.

I lived at Powell Enterprises while I was in law school and I would like to recommend them as a great apartment complex for any student attending University of Wyoming. The front office staff and the maintenance staff were excellent during my three years in Laramie. I've lived in apartment complexes before where you don't know the front office or maintenance people and it can be frustrating to resolve issues if you don't have a relationship with the management. Fortunately, this is not a problem with Powell Enterprises. They are super friendly, super helpful, and SUPER PATIENT with FAFSA funding. Apartment maintenance is top notch and convenient for the tenant. Being a long-term tenant, I can attest to the neighborhood, property and staff.
