The Skylark on Harwood

*Trash has since been removed and dog park has shown some improvement, old appliances and keys were finally taken care of almost a month after my move in* Kerry is the only reason it's not a one star rating. From the start my move in has been a disaster. Due to some transition within the company, I was informed the day I was supposed to get my keys that my apartment would not be ready for another 2 weeks. The situation was not dealt with professionally at all and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars as I had to stay at the place that I was currently moving out of with no notice. I had paid everything months in advance and was in constant contact weekly. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. The second time I go to get my keys I'm informed that it's going to be another day

Just moved in and I couldn’t be happier! The move-in process was smooth, the entire staff has been so welcoming and helpful, and it’s obvious the maintenance team really cares and stays on top of things. I’m loving my new home already!

Been out of this apartment complex since October. We lived here for 3 years due to personal circumstances. Staff responded to emails when inquired about issues or clarifications on charges that is the only reason for the one star on here, the new management is doing their best. In regard to the older management, Kevin is my fiance- he did live here he had been updating his review for the past years.( The previous owners tried to say he wasnt a resident but he was). Roaches are a big problem, they were there before we moved in and remain a problem after we moved out. Water came in through windows, mold was an issue only painted over, weed/cigarette smell penetrated into the apartment through the vents. Work orders got marked done yet at times things were not fixed, or at times maintenance w

I had a great experience with the leasing office. I especially want to thank Juan Ornelas for the excellent support and professionalism. He was very helpful, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

This apartment complex is one of the best in North Richland Hills. It is very well located near major shopping centers , amusement parks, and highways; is gated, safe and quiet. The property management staff is very friendly, welcoming, and is always available to tend to their residents. Juan, the Assistant Manager particularly is always attentive to residents’ concerns and ready to help. Great community to live in.
