Davis Park Apartments

Well, start off by saying I have lived here off and on for 20’years. This time, I have been here nearly 6 years (give or take). There have been FOUR managers in that time. Four! The last Manager took away handicapped parking spots before she left. There is one space per building. ONE! And they count buildings that are connected (but separate) as one. I, myself, need one. The one they expect me to use is at the END of the parking spaces from me. I have congestive heart failure and COPD. I cannot park that far from my apartment. There is a parking problem because there are vehicles that don’t run, have expired tags…and tenants who have 4 vehicles to one bedroom apartments! And Heaven forbid they have visitors. Constantly walking out to the smell of weed. People smoking in their Uni

I would like to say out of all apartments I have lived in this complex is the best and only improves every year. I have lived here almost 3 years and If there is an issue they are on top of it. The property manager Kimberly is super nice and professional and will listen to all concerns seriously and efficiently. If there is a problem she is on top of it no matter the time. Our maintenance manager Erick is amazing and fixes things fast. He goes above and beyond helping keep the complex beautiful by picking up trash and cleaning things up in his spare time. I was skeptical when I first moved in due to no washer and dryer in unit or dishwasher but it is a sacrifice worth it and I have grown to love it here. The complex is peaceful. Lived here for a year now just renewed my lease . The Office staff is amazing … Kim is absolutely the best. The Maintenance staff Eric is always on point . I totally love the peace and quiet at night .
