We moved here from SD and used Kim to assist us in finding a rental home. She was great at lining up home tours around our schedule. We found a great fit pretty quickly, but had some issues with the house upon moving in. Kim not only assisted in getting the issues fixed, when the home realtor wasn’t helpful, but she also brought over snacks and refreshments during the dreaded unloading/unpacking. We were more than happy with our rental experience and will be using Kim as our realtor if we decide to buy!!!

Our experience wasn't as awesome as others, we worked with Monica. It was our first time buying a home together, we expected more communication and proactive involvement during the building phase instead of repeating the same information that we already knew. It was many times I felt as if I was the realtor AND client, in which I expressed this concern to Monica. Although, our home was a "new build" there was many instances where a lack of knowledge was a major concern. Other than being our realtor, Monica is a nice person and more importantly we love our new home.

Kim has done an amazing job communicating about locations with reasonable prices. She has helped me find 2 of my housing locations in the DFW area. She’s also very honest about the housing system and ways to find the most comfortable living environment for you.

Kim Smith is an amazing realtor. She is kind and courteous, and patient! She answered all my questions in a timely manner and worked hard to make sure that I found the home that I was looking for and was a good fit for me and mt family.

Stephen was the epitome of excellence throughout the entire process. This was my first time purchasing a home and he helped me understand each part of the process. He also was very prompt in responding to each question I had. Whenever I provided a list of homes to view, he had a schedule prepared within a short time. He understood my needs and wants for a home, and was also there to keep me going whenever another offer was selected.
