The Sigg Team at William Raveis

I have had an absolutely horrible experience with The Sigg Team. I rented an office space from them which they did not clean prior to my taking over the lease which included a completely stained carpet. I asked several times for the carpet to be cleaned and when they finally got around to having the carpet cleaned the cleaning service ruined the carpet. I was out of the office for two weeks while they replaced the carpet and had to send Chris Sigg several emails asking for my rent to be prorated because I was unable to use my office for two weeks out of the month before receiving any sort of response. Next, I emailed Chris Sigg to inform him that I would not be resigning the lease to which I received no response. I sent a follow up email to ensure that he received my first email to which
