The Shores at Lake Howell

I had the pleasure of living in this condominium for over four years, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. The property is absolutely wonderful, everything is high quality, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The pool with a lake view is unique. The entire staff, from customer service to the maintenance team, is incredible. They are always professional, kind, and quick to assist with anything needed. You can really tell they care about the residents and take pride in what they do. I would like to give a special thank you to Jess. We have been living at Jefferson Lake Howell over a year and I haven’t seen such a beautiful complex nearby. The location is great, the amenities let you feel like a real resort. The maintenance team is making a great job. The new dock is such a great spot! The service at the Leasing Office is always kind. I have to say that living at this complex has been like a dream. I have definitely no complaints.

The nicest place to live in Casselberry, FL. It’s always clean, the pool areas are amazing and the gym is awesome with pretty good machines in great conditions. Such a great organized system for the trash never had an issue before, good email room and Amazon packages as well. Nothing bad to say about this community, 100 % recommended to everyone finding their new home, the staff and employees are so kind and helpful people always 😊

Reliable maintenance that always comes through! Omar is the head and he has been an amazing Leader since I’ve been here since 2021. Wayne and I always have good convos and today Victor serviced the apartment and recaulked the shower. I’m thankful for this team 🫶🏾

Jefferson at Lake Howell apartments exceeded my expectations with their beautiful amenities and all around kind and helpful staff. never heard of any break-ins, car thefts, or any of your usual worries you have when moving to a new apartment. Diane the property manager is very nice and understanding, and all of the maintenance men i encountered were always ready and able to help me with any problems i had (late night lock out, large trash removal, etc.). i loved my unit as well, the only thing i would have loved even more is more storage space. the kitchen is big and spacious with ample cabinet space, but being in a 1 bedroom apartment by myself, i didn’t have a ton of pots and pans or things that needed to be filled with kitchen items. i feel it would have been much better if there were m
