I took down my 1 star reviews as here lately The Shelby Apartments have responded and fixed the problems at my residence. They have replaced my a/c with a brand new unit, and fixed my leak in the bathroom in a timely manner. The maintenance did apologize and were professional about it. They have done a great job and deserve a 5 star review from me. I just hope they keep up the great work addressing issues within the apartments going forward, as they have definitely improved as a team!

My friend and I toured at The Shelby Apartments today and we had a great experience. My friend is looking for a one bedroom apartment. We looked at one and it was very nice. The customer service was great and one of the maintenance guys was there and talked to us about the apartments. He said it’s a good community and that the residents are like family. If you are looking for a one bedroom you should go there. We went four places and that was the best one with the best price.

It's been a week that I asked about my leaking A/C. I have to use a storage tub to hold the water and everyday around 3 o'clock it's almost full. I have to take a longer lunch to come home to empty it! I was told the last time that a needed anew drip pan but I never received one! PLEASE READ REVIEWS. THIS OVER PRICED WITH TOO MANY PROBLEMS. I'm apartments is not remodeled at all. Still have carpet (that i asked to change about 3 yrs ago) and im still paying just as much at the new remodeled apartments. And the internet that they make you get always goes out. 9-27 I have been asking for yrs to get the back of my dishwasher pulled because every time this yr there are field mice!! This is the last straw I just had one on in my sink and ran behind my dishwasher!! I was tt.told around this las

Disappointed that we never got to use the pool this summer , it was closed entire time. Parking situation sucks. And I pay for the “updated” apartment, but there’s really nothing updated about it. I seriously have to put in work order after work order. Don’t get me started on the bathroom, with a pole cut out in the ceiling leaking water was their fix to a ceiling leak. That ain’t nothing updated about.

Do not settle for this apartment complex management is horrible. I have had so many issues and none of them have been taken care of. For about two weeks straight not only has there been no hot water but I have had a leaky ceiling since I’ve moved in. I’ve been here for about 4 going on 5 months and have only had a maintenance person come up to fix the issue once. It didn’t last long when the ceiling started leaking again after just two days and putting in requests to get things fixed is pointless since they not only don’t make it a point to resolve the issue but also mark your service request as done when in fact they did nothing about it.
