The Shelby Apartments

None of my issues have been addressed. Leaking ceiling, drywall in ceiling won’t hold smoke detector from water damage. After 10 years carpet damaged from water for over two years! I have stopped trying to get anything done here at the Shelby Apts.

The issue is still not resolved but want a review? One light missing, the other dangling with exposed wires. When fixed I'll leave a positive review but not fixed? Are you kidding...

I just moved in about 3 weeks ago, love the area, love the apartment. Biggest issue is maintenance. I moved into the apartment, with my in unit washer not working. Contacted to get it fixed and one week later I was told someone would come a specific date and i was not given a time, they just showed up whenever, the person came while I was at work. Contacted again and now it’s been two weeks and nothing. Luckily my dad came to fix it for me today, clearly I cannot depend on maintenance.

I thought you guys would have did a better job of cleaning the dead insects and inspect all the things in the apartment to make sure everything is functioning. Otherwise I like it very much. but I still feel naked without my keys. Smart home technology is amazing but you should have a key just in case

Current Tenant in Ocala. Good location, inside the units are nice for the price compare to others.. but they had a major issue with maintenance… You have to put in multiple requests to get something resolved or threat them… the units are infested with mold and if you ask to switch they move you to another and ask for a new deposit and make you sign a new lease. To top it, they move you in another unit with more issues
