The Shay Apartments

My experience with Shay goes beyond 5 stars it was excellent and exceptional! Kai, April and Carla are an amazing team. What goes on behind the actual moving day, moving pieces and connecting, consideration and follow through assisted leading up to the actual day. Move in day. April assisted, reassured and was a calming influence down to each detail. Thank you. Kai, April and Carla!!!!

Ms. April is one of the friendliest people I have ever met. She always greets you politely whenever she sees you and ensures that you are doing well, and she works very hard too. She has definitely made my experience living at the Shay a great one!

Miss April is an absolute gem and makes this place feel like a home and not just an apartment. Idk how she remembers everyone's names but it is absolutely amazing. Her and the whole front desk crew make coming home a good experience. She has also been incredibly helpful on several occasions when I needed help with stuff and didn't hesitate to help.

I have really enjoyed living at the Shay. Amenities are great, maintenance is always prompt and thorough, communication is good, and the concierges (especially April and Carla) are so sweet and attentive.
