The apartments are always clean, never trash anywhere. The new manager Miss Felecity does an amazing job. She’s nice, welcoming and very understanding. Definitely a great apartment

READ THIS BEFORE MOVING HERE. This place may seem fine at first, but once you actually move in you’ll discover a crap ton of issues and major inconveniences. First off, every unit smells strongly of cigarettes and all your belongings such as clothes will smell like it. The heaters are insanely loud as well, like I mean CRAZY loud. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, also know that you will hear sirens and gunshots at night pretty often. Every night, the whole complex smells like weed, so if you don’t like that you won’t be able to open your windows for fresh air. Certain units also have roaches and mold in random places. They lied about being in the process of “renovating the whole place” too. You can find several better complexes for around the same price and I heavily regret my decision to mo

I’ve had a pretty good experience living at The Selene. The location is convenient, the apartments are a good size, and maintenance usually takes care of things quickly. Felecity, the manager, has been really helpful and easy to work with, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to live and a good value for the area.

Matthew and felecity are wonderful staff, they are quick, understanding and flexible. Was offered a great deal that i couldnt pass, the apartments look great, move in was simple and quite litterally moved in the very next day. Got 2 months free, outstanding offer in my opinion.
