The Seasons at Umstead Apartment Homes

I lived at the Seasons with my dog from Oct. 2021-Oct. 2022. I rented one of the loft apartments sight unseen because I had to move on short notice and the online reviews were really good. Having lived there, I now believe the reviews are a bit inflated, but overall I still had a good experience and would recommend it depending on what you're looking for/are OK with. The biggest pros: - The loft apartments are beautiful and great for people who work from home and want separate office space. - The community is very pet friendly and you have easy access directly into Umstead park on this nice little trail through the townhome community across the street. - Very quiet. Only had one issue with a party and noise. - Office staff are really nice and clearly care about residents. - Massive closet

The staff here at Seasons at Umstead is incredible! The office staff is very helpful and quickly responsive, and the maintenance staff always goes above and beyond (with a very positive attitude) to help quickly and seamlessly resolve issues in a stress-free manner. A great place to live!

4 not 5 because some negligence led to a water leak into my downstairs neighbor’s dining room. That said, the response was quick even though the leak was discovered after normal work hours. Big shout out to Tasha for showing up quickly, making sure her feet were covered to protect my carpet, and attending to the problem so quickly.

Angelica & Sasha have been incredible and so helpful from the start. They helped me get everything finalized very quickly and I was able to move within a week of applying. So excited to start my journey here!

Sasha is awesome! Her attitude is amazing and the reason I applied. Having already toured many communities this was my last stop and Sasha did not dissappoint! I was able to move in quickly and get my kids settled. I am happy I found this community!
