The Seasons at Sparta

Miryam is ruining this place, it was such a beautiful place for seniors. Everyone was happy and nice. Since miryam came in so many seniors got kicked out and some are now homeless. They let two 33 year old move in and a 45 year old who is constantly smoking in the building. The town of sparta needs to stand up for the seniors. What senior can afford the rent they are charging. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Increase in rent 87 Dollars a year no matter what.. Can never speak,talk, email to Meirehum .also she charges late fee s constantly when it's do ,by Law you have until the 5th of the month ,But for sure you will get a late fee . Need to get a Lawyer to get ur deposit back , she'll never give back in 30 days . Takes advantage of Old & Disability people.Proven FACT.

Nice atmosphere at the Seasons. A quiet, peaceful place to live in the Sparta Community. Lots of near by shops, banks, restaurants, schools, and a medical center across the street.

My mother love there. Nice older crowd. Expensive. Building could use a little work.
