Beware of them they wanted to severely under price my home for quick sale. Rude agent actually telling me to throw in a separate peice of property for free. They just want quik sales and will under price ur home ! Agent Thomas Malone. Ths is not the agency to trust wen selling your home. As they were pushing me to give as much free items as possible. Like 10000 in new bathroom tiles etc. What scammers.

Not the experience I was expecting. Initially, everything was going well when we decided to list with them, however, it soon became apparent that we were not a priority to our agents. We had to follow up constantly to get an update throughout the process. It was also confusing who was our primary contact and who was responsible for what, adding more stress onto an already stressful situation. As first-time home sellers I was expecting more organization, communication and transparency. They ended up securing a buyer and representing both ends of the deal (which we were aware of and was acceptable), however it ended up feeling like they were only representing the buyer, and not us anymore. Overall, it did not feel like our agents were acting/advising us with our best interest in mind. I will

If we could rate Tom with 100 stars, we would! As first time home buyers, my husband and I had thousands of questions. Tom always took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly, sometimes more than once, and even at 7:30 at night. He made us feel comfortable and confident in what we were doing, kept us up to date and informed on the process and always did so with a cheery disposition. We're so grateful for his help. He is the gold standard of what a mortgage advisor should be!

Billie is amazing! I have been trying how to make this review not sound fake, she is that good. She was very responsive when I reached out to her regarding buying a home. She literally found us our dream home on the first day of looking at homes with her, she told us that she had a gut feeling this was the one and she was right. She even had amazing recommendations for a mortgage officer and home inspector. She then stood by us and remained positive with any frustrations or hiccups along the way, that come with any transaction. I would recommend her to my family and closest friends. If you looking for a realtor, you will not be disappointed if you go with her.
