During the recent snowfall, it was reasonable to expect delays due to limited countywide resources. However, the response from on-site management has demonstrated a concerning lack of judgment and prioritization. Nearly two weeks after the snowfall on January 25th, pedestrian walkways remain unshoveled, multiple parking areas are still not plowed, and trash service has not resumed despite residents paying for this service monthly. These conditions pose ongoing safety and sanitation concerns. Despite these unresolved issues, management chose to issue notices regarding parking enforcement and the disposal of residents’ personal property. Allocating staff time toward enforcement messaging while failing to address basic safety and contracted services is unacceptable and reflects poor operation
I strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable and unsafe. Since March 2025, I repeatedly reported a serious structural issue with the staircase inside my unit. Over the course of 293 days, I submitted six separate maintenance requests documenting that multiple steps were sagging and giving way. Each time, the ticket was marked “resolved” — even though no repairs were made. I was repeatedly assured the issue had been addressed when it had not. Despite clearly explaining that I needed advance notice before maintenance entered my unit due to my dog, contractors were sent without warning, resulting in tickets being closed instead of rescheduled. Kayla made our entire apartment search experience feel easy and genuinely enjoyable. From the very first phone call, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient with all of our questions. Moving can be stressful, especially with a little one, but she never made us feel rushed or like we were just another appointment on her calendar. When we toured the complex, Kayla thoroughly walked us through everything and took her time explaining details we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. What truly set this experience apart from the other apartments we’ve looked into was her professionalism. She was organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us feel confident in our decision. Her follow-through and attention to detail really stood out and made a lasting impression on us.
Heartfelt thanks to Richard, Maintenance Tech at The Seasons Apartments🤗🛠️ Richard has provided fast and excellent repair services on three different occasions since I’ve lived here at the Seasons. Most recently, he replaced my dryer after quickly diagnosing that the motor was dead, something another technician failed to identify 😒. Thanks to Richard’s expertise and efficiency, the replacement process was expedited and a new dryer is in my home ⚡️🛠️🙂. Richard, your professionalism and dedication made a difference for my household of four, especially during this cold winter ❄️ 🏡 . We appreciate your hard work and outstanding service. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMMUNITY! While I enjoyed my year+ stay in this community, what has occurred after my moving out has completely ruined my experience with the Seasons Apartments. After moving out in July 2025, I received my final account statement that had inappropriate charges on it. I immediately called to discuss these charges and was IGNORED by members of their management team, Kenneth and the then property manager, Saybah. After months of trying to get in touch with them, I received a collections notice in the mail. My phone calls continued to be ignored and when I was finally able to get communication back from an email thread that a leasing office worker started, I was spoken to so unprofessionally that it was shocking.
