The Savoy

I’ve lived at The Savoy for over a year now, and it’s truly been an amazing experience! The property manager, Amanda, goes above and beyond—she’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The front desk team is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes coming home feel extra special. The building itself is very well maintained, and I’ve never had to deal with any pest issues, which gives such peace of mind. The community here is fantastic—safe, clean, and full of wonderful neighbors. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live at The Savoy. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I truly have loved living at the savoy for 1.5 years now! The management, cleaning and maintenance crew, and front desk are always so helpful and professional. I needed a quiet space where I could work from home and that request has definitely been delivered. The pool is so nice in the summer and the gym is great for a quick workout. So conveniently located to everything foggy bottom/dupont.

My wife and I enjoyed living here for a year for our first apartment in DC. The price was reasonable for the area and management was giving a good rent special deal at the time. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony which we used as a second dining area. Super convenient location for groceries as we were within walking distance to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Only reason that we moved out was to be closer to graduate school at American University.

The property manager, Amanda, went above and beyond to help my roommates and me find a unit that met our lifestyle needs and financial constraints. Management is proactive about maintenance and are quick to address any concerns that are brought to them. I love my apartment, no complaints.

I moved into The Savoy a few months ago and I love it so far. The entire move-in process and corresponding engagement with the management has been a breeze. Amber, the property manager, made sure I was well settled in. She was unbelievably nice during the apartment visit, the lease signing process, the move in and incredibbly patient with all the silly issues I bother her with every now and then. The property, itself is at unbbeatable location in downtown DC, and that too at a reasonable price. While the building itself is probably old, it is remarkably well maintained. When I moved in, all the fixtures and fittings at the apartment were in great condition. I've had no unpleasant experiences with any pests or roaches.
