The Savoy Apartments

I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything is brand new and beautiful, but what really makes it stand out is the office staff they’re seriously amazing. I’ve had bad experiences with apartment offices before, but this is the first time I’ve felt genuinely taken care of. Everyone is super kind, helpful, and actually responsive. Such a refreshing experience. 10/10 recommend!

I'll start by saying, these apartments are beautiful. Although I do not personally live there, I do have a friend that does. Every time I go visit the overall appearance of the apartments is great. The grounds are always well kept, both pools are always looking awesome and the cleanliness inside and out is always nice. If and when I'm in need of a new place to call home, The Savoy would be my first choice... Good job people

II absolutely adore living here. The place includes an incredible sense of tranquility and serenity, and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to my friends. The fees and amenities are remarkably affordable, and they even offered a nice introductory deal of nine weeks free.

I had one of the best apartment tours I’ve ever experienced with Teresa! She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to show me multiple floor plans in addition to the model unit & beautiful amenities. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was a bother—quite the opposite, actually. I toured a few other communities in the area, and unfortunately, some of the agents came across as pushy or impatient. Teresa was the exact opposite: professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. In all my years of leasing apartments, she is by far one of the best leasing professionals I’ve worked with. I truly appreciated how well she took care of me!

I toured The Savoy apartments a while ago and had remembered while I was driving past today but I have to say, the great experience! Ashlee was incredibly helpful and sweet throughout the entire process!! she made me feel welcomed right away and answered all of my questions with patience and care. She does have a lot of patience with all my questions lol! But, the property itself is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell a lot of thought and detail went into the community. Unfortunately, the only reason I didn't move forward was because it was just slightly out of my budget. If it weren't for that, I would've signed on the spot. Definitely worth checking out if it's within your price range!
