Barbie was absolutely amazing! She gave us an amazing tour of the entire community and even went out her way to show us additional options that met our needs. She was professional, personable, and made the whole experience so comfortable. It felt like home from the very first start! She exceeded all of our expectations! :)

Since moving in back in May, my experience has been nothing but pleasant and easy-going. The area is quiet, very clean, and well maintained. I’ve been especially impressed with how responsive and helpful the maintenance team is. I had asked maintenance about my water heater, and they explained that I needed to submit a service request so they could take care of it. Life got busy and I completely forgot to put the request in. In passing, one of the maintenance team members (Jason Chyc) asked me if I ever submitted the request and even offered to help me out as he was getting ready to clock out. I submitted the request and not even 30 mins passed here comes Jason. I don’t think I’ve ever lived in an apartment complex where maintenance not only responds quickly but also follows up and remin

Ashley made the process of taking possession of the apartment very easy and simple; her service was excellent. Furthermore, the Maintenance Supervisor and the Technician are very diligent in carrying out the necessary tasks in the community. Service here is a priority and it's outstanding!
