Packages continually left where they shouldn’t be, management should be correcting these delivery drivers. Golf simulator has been discolored for weeks and 3/4 grills don’t light

I just moved in recently and I absolutely love it! I’ve toured 5 other apartments before choosing the Ruby and I don’t regret it! The amenities are so nice and clean. Management is amazing and helpful! The move in process was quick and easy too!

To be clear of my bias, Im a current resident who has renewed their lease here. Personally, I think the property itself is great. Great sized gym for the building, quiet community, it's proximity to stores and public transport have been convenient for me. I agree that there are times the walls can feel thin if a neighbor is having a party, but I think we all have those every once in a while and 99% of the time I cant here my neighbors at all even while working from home so im here quite a bit. So far, the management has been super responsive to repairs and easy to talk with. I did get my bike stolen from the garage but 🤷🏾‍♂️, I didn't even lock it, I hope they needed it more than me. That aside, I feel safe in my place.

During my two-year residency, I appreciated the prime location and excellent amenities. The maintenance team consistently provided top-notch service. However, the frequent turnover of managers—three times during my stay—led to inconsistencies in service and a lack of community engagement. While the current manager seems disengaged and not very helpful, the assistant, Jesalyn, is exceptional. She is incredibly helpful, quick, and responsive, and she went above and beyond to assist with my lease and find a solution when I purchased a house. Jesalyn’s willingness to work with corporate to find a resolution was invaluable. Promoting her to manager would likely elevate the community back to a five-star experience. Ruby Apartments: Avoid at All Costs – Excessive Charges and Unfair Practices My experience ending my lease at Ruby Apartments after 27 months was an absolute nightmare, characterized by an astonishing array of unfair and exorbitant charges. It's clear this complex has no intention of allowing for normal wear and tear and aims to profit excessively from outgoing tenants. Firstly, I was charged for a brand new stove because the glass top had scratches from regular pan usage. After over two years, this is completely normal wear and tear, not damage warranting a full replacement. Next, they charged me for full carpet replacement. Despite living there for over two years, I maintained the carpet well. This charge feels like an attempt to simply update their units at tenant expense. Even more
