Harris is a very very nice person. He is helpful in any situation that I my have. From day one he made me feel comfortable and special as a new resident. When my husband passed he was compassionate and understanding of my loss. I feel Harris goes the extra mile to be helpful and has a great repor with anyone. He is the BEST. From the start, this place was a sham. They said the base rent was $2000 for a 1 bedroom, then tagged on +$300 and waited until the end to tell us about it. I thought 'No big deal. The apartment will still be nice, right?' We moved in November and noticed the heat wasn't working and when someone came to see it, they were very dismissive and rude. It took nearly a month for the problem to be addressed and resolved. The same thing happened again in the summer with our AC. There's dog poop QUITE LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. You can't wait 3 feet outside the apartment without running the risk of getting your shoes dirty. They have trash stations with bags, but they regularly run out and take DAYS to get refilled. Speaking of grossness, trash will pile up at the end of residential walk ways. The trash
