The Residences at Main

Great place to live! Location is everything and my apartment is beautiful... Love the pool and grilling areas. Everyone is so professional and ready to help, they are onsite 6 days a week

Booked a tour and when I showed up to the tour, the man doing the tour didnt introduce himself and audibly sighed when I walked into the leasing center. Not to mention they failed to mention the fact they have no 1b1b apartments available until March 2026 when scheduling the tour originally. I would give this place a 1/5 and could only imagine how terrible the management is if they treated potential renters this way.

We really enjoy living here. It’s one of the nicest properties of CG that we have lived in. What disappoints us the most is the total disregard by some tenants for the common areas e.g. Trash Room, picking up after dogs, and package room disorganization. Corporate should assemble a local “watchdog” committee to monitor these issues and improve the resident experience. Further, the ignoring of messages left at the local level for Dan Burgos regarding use o the grills and at the corporate level for the Residences Regional Director regarding pool closure is unprofessional.

A horrible dirty place to live you pay a lot of money for the tenants here to treat the property like crap and make it look like garbage. The cleaning crew goes in and cleans it and five seconds later the tenants are ruining it. Also I got a question. Why do you have women doing the trash When you have men working here?

Our experience at Residence at Main was far from pleasant. We encountered several issues during our stay, the most concerning being problems with the apartment itself. On top of that, we faced serious concerns with the maintenance staff. There were instances where they entered our apartment without prior notice, and on one occasion, they attempted to force open the door despite the chain being secured. While the leasing office staff is friendly, they lack efficiency. When it came time for us to move out, we were promised our deposit back. However, despite us following up for over a year, we never received it. Overall, our time living here was disappointing, and we would not recommend it based on our experience.
