The Row Houses at Hendrix Village

Had roach and water bug issues the entire time I lived here. Would reach out frequently as the infestation continued to get worse. After some time, I found out from my neighbors that pest control had been sent to their apartment instead of mine. I emailed about this and pest control still never came out. By the time my lease was up, I was continuing to find roaches all over. It made moving out a headache. Between the poor service/communication and the infestation, I do not recommend these apartments.

An OK place to live. Noticed a pest problem while living in these apartments. Roaches and water bugs have been in all of the apartments and they do not call pest control out to fix anything! Management really needs to do something about it I’m so glad I moved. Stay away!

Beautiful buildings, landscaping with little shops and restaurants.
