From the beginning I've had a great experience! Aspen gave me a tour and I fell in love with my unit. I got to see the actual unit I would be living in and I really loved that. The application deposit move in process was extremely easy and I was able to pay everything on the app. Its been 3 months and I absolutely love it here. I love how big my apartment it, it fits my HUGE sectional. I love the kitchen appliances, the deep sink, modern sink. All my things fit in the drawers perfectly and has enough storage in the closet for me. I love how big my room and closet is. I love the bathroom, the sink is so pretty! I love the brick walls and high ceilings! I call it my mansion apartment lol. the gym and clubhouse is great and the pool is pretty. I havent used it yet. The Row definitely has amen
When my family and I moved into The Row three years ago, we were looking for an apartment, but we found a home. The sense of community here is incredible. We've spent countless hours enjoying the pool, making use of the gym, and connecting with neighbors in the rec room. The grounds are perfect for walks with our dog. It’s nice to see people playing pickle ball throughout the week too. The Row feels more lively than other apartments I have lived in. The management team is top-notch. They've been a pillar of support for us, from the very beginning of the apartments construction (we are original residence) to helping us navigate through Hurricane Helene. We recently upgraded to a beautiful new three-bedroom unit and the process was so seamless. The gated community gives us peace of mind, a
I had high hopes when I moved into this apartment complex, especially with Aspen as the property manager—she’s fantastic and did everything in her power to help. Unfortunately, it seems the developer didn’t put the same level of care into construction quality. The metal roof constantly makes loud, jarring noises in the evenings due to expansion and contraction, and it sounds disturbingly like gunshots. If it was windy at all you would hear these vibrating noises. Despite Aspen’s efforts, nothing could be done to fix it. Another disappointing issue was the unsealed brick, which crumbles all over the floor and any furniture near it. On a positive note, the apartments are spacious, and the kitchen is wonderful, which would be great if everything else lived up to the promises made. When I mov
leaks almost every time it rained. During hurricane Helene, almost ALL of the roofs came off, and they had a german roach infestation, blamed it on tenants, and forced the tenants to pay for a $200+ treatment that was unsuccessful. Lied about available amenities for over a year, and two of the preview photos on the website are fake. don’t come here.
Honestly, I’ve loved living at The Row! It’s got such a great vibe—super modern, awesome amenities, and just an overall chill place to be. After Hurricane Helene hit, there was a good bit of damage, but the management team really stepped up. Aspen, the property manager, has been amazing since day one, and after the storm, she and her team jumped into action. They got the restoration process going right away. I did have to move out temporarily for the repairs, but they helped make that as smooth as possible, and I found a new place for now. I’m seriously looking forward to moving back once everything’s fixed up. The apartments and the size are the best bargain in town. If you’re thinking about living here, I totally recommend it—the team is great, and the place itself feels like home!
