Unsafe Building & Poor Management Safety in this building is a serious problem. Homeless individuals regularly sleep in the underground parking and stairwells — as shown in the photo — and nothing is being done about it. The front entrance has been broken for months, leaving the building completely unsecured. If you're expecting a package, good luck — they are stolen almost immediately after being dropped in the lobby. There is no secure system in place. The night security guard does not patrol the building. Every night, he’s sitting in the community room of the north building, and I see him there regularly. He’s not doing his job, and the management is fully aware but refuses to act. When you go to the office with concerns, you're brushed off. This isn't a new issue — it's been happening

Very poor management. If you place an order, it will definitely be taken from you. And if you ask at the office, there’s no one there to help you. There’s a strong smell and a serious lack of cleanliness. Everywhere—from the hallway to other areas—smells like cigarettes. Homeless people are standing around everywhere, and they’ll take anything you order. The people sitting in the office are extremely rude, they don’t do anything, and you can’t even talk to them. If you need help, you’ll never get it or even have your call answered.

worst services, nobody cares about emergency situations.The staffs are horrible, they locked themselves in the office when you asked for assistance.The Apartment is in most worst condition. Underground parking door are down for weeks. It’s unsafe, delivered packages get stolen.

Apartments are not too bad. There is a lot of kids running up and down the hall way which you can hear clearly in your apartment. Staff that works there is pretty awesome, but with the Limited office hours. The fob system is awesome for security reasons also makes it extremely ruff on receiving packages. Especially since it seems the office is closed by 3:30-4pm most days. Some of the tenants are really rude and mean. If you plan on parking in the garage don't expect a clean car. Has so much dust that in one day your car is filthy. Trash Cans are always overflowing and the kids take the trash down and just leave it on the ground. This building is not smoke free at all. When we moved in we were told that they have a strict no smoking policy and to tell them whenever it becomes an issue but every single Fall and Winter and the colder months of Spring the smokers refuse to smoke outside and smoke directly in their apartments. It is tobacco and marijuana and it just travels around the building and directly into other apartments. When you walk in the building it immediately smells. Same thing in the elevator and the hallways. And it’s people who spend all day and night in their apartments smoking. You can’t even sleep properly because you’re breathing it in all night. As I'm posting this, my apartment smells terribly of cigarettes. The air here is already dry but mixed with all the smoking, I've been getting nosebleeds.
