My experience at the roost has been like no other rental experience before. Renting with Steven made the rental experience a pleasant one, something I’m sure many folks aren’t used too. I would never have left if I didn’t have to due to other circumstances. If you are lucky enough to get an opportunity to live at the roost, you will never want to leave because of the positive experience with Steven alone. But on top of the wonderful owner, the property is beautiful. The tight knit community and neighbors are absolutely lovely.
