THE RIVER RETREAT

Currently live here, overall these apartments aren't bad but they have some issues with them. 1. NOBODY PICKS UP THEIR DOGS CRAP! Its literally everywhere. 2.The prices for these apartments are too high for the area yes I understand they are newer but still high. 3. The maintenance guys suck we still have a broken door handle to our patio they still haven't fixed and its been 4 months. When we moved in the dishwasher didnt work and we submitted 2 workorders on that alone and the toilets were loose from the floor. They also took our thermostat off the wall and moved it down the wall and didnt complete patching the wall so its still not done and been months since then. Also dont be fooled and pay the extra $100 a month for river "views".

I had the pleasure of having Monica and Helen’s assistance in getting an apartment at the River Retreats location. They were both so professional, friendly, and quick at responding to all my questions. I have never sealed a deal on an apartment in such an easy and timely manner before. Thanks again ladies, you both are clearly essential employees for this company that deserve to be acknowledged.
