DO NOT LIVE HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is quite possibly one of the most disgusting apartment I have ever lived in. The management is completely hands-off when it comes to any sort of cleanliness or decent sanitation in the common areas. The lobby is frequently extremely dirty with trash and literal food on the ground. One of the elevators has not worked for the past 3 months, and now, it would appear both elevators are broken! The gym, advertised as "State of the Art Facility" and it features a bench with what looks to be a massive bite taken out of it (see photo). The TV's in the gym don't work, some machines are broken. The stairs have slime and sticky Jell-O shots spilled over them, which haven't been cleaned in the last 4 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money this

DONT DEAL WITH THIS SHADY AND GREEDY COMPANY! The actual units are nice and fairly new, however they charged each roommate over a $100 upon move out for repainting and cleaning without providing evidence. And their dispute claims system conveniently takes 30 days by which time they will send it to collections. Also on a weekly basis if not more frequently one of the two elevators that service 6 floors breaks down. This may seem like a small inconvenience until you’re regularly waiting 10 minutes unless you give up and take the stairs. Can’t forget the unfortunate units that are near the trash chute that constant makes the hallway reek but will make you gag as you get closer to it which are also conveniently located around the corner from the elevator. We love 212 East! The common area and kitchen with double fridge is so spacious and beautiful! The apartments are all updated and decorated perfectly. The staff is always so attentive and friendly especially Jayden and Whitney. Whitney helped coordinate our large group of renters and made everything so seamless. She was constantly working to make sure every detail was addressed and was very responsive! And after coming in this weekend for mom's weekend, all the extra effort that 212 put forth to make it special for us: food, raffle prizes and giveaways was a very nice touch!

The maintenance man came right away when we had a thermostat issue! He also explained what was broken and how to prevent it in the future!

212 has been nothing but nice. Take it from someone who is a leasing agent at a completely separate property and company that has nothing to do with Campus Advantage(the company which owns 212). The staff are all friendly and attentive, including the maintenance staff. As a current resident I have had zero issues with them. The apartment was clean and perfectly up to my standards when I moved in. Any maintenance issues were fixed promptly when I submitted a request. I submitted a maintenance request this morning on a weekend, which I believe maintenance does not work, and they were kind enough to fix it within the same day.
