The Ridge At Searcy

First off. The prices here are wonderful! The staff is amazing and very attentive, if we put in a service request ( which doesn't happen very often) they are very quick to respond and are very courteous and prompt. Megan and Hunter are wonderful. They have worked with us through a very difficult situation when rent was due! 5 stars definitely! And the grounds get kept up very well! Would recommend this company and apartments to anyone!!!

Me and my fiancee and my little sister and two friends live here and we pay $720 a month for a 2 bed and 2 bath and it's totally worth it!!! It's peaceful and safe for children it's got a pool and the staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that you have. Neighbors are quiet and don't bother anyone. It's pet friendly and got a lot of space!!! It's easy to locate as well

I'm changing my review to 1 star. This place is trying to claim money from me that I do not owe. Hunter was the worker handling my lease papers, and he completely mishandled it and now I have no place to live and they are trying to claim money from me that i dont owe. I have all the documentations and payments showing I always paid rent on time and did everything i was asked. I'm more than confident that i can prove with documentation that their incompetence and lying caused this entire situation, and they have caused me very extreme residential and finacials burdens. i do not owe them this money they are seeking, and i have signed papers that can prove that fact. i'm currently seeking legal representation to go over this case and to possibly file counter claims against this establishment.

Don’t let these people lie to you. Apparently a misdemeanor charge from 7 years ago and a credit score is what made it impossible for me to be approved for an apartment. After being told neither one would matter. I’ve been out of a house for almost a month now because they assured me I would get one and 10 days later I was told I was denied an apartment. This place is not recommended.

I witnessed the leasing agent scam a disabled lady with two kids. The lady paid the deposit and fees for a background check, everything was clear and she was approved. She told the lady she had 14 days to move in, but she had to leave to get her kid from daycare so she couldn't let the lady sign the lease but agreed to meet her the next day. When it was time to sign the lease, she avoided the lady for two days. The third day, she told the lady she forfeited her deposit, leaving the lady lost and confused as to why. She took her money and didn't give her a place to stay... God, I pray that she finds somewhere to go. She's on a fixed income with two children. Lord have mercy!
