HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE . I will be finding a way to contact corporate IMMEDIATELY. Let’s start here I stayed there and left a few months ago. “Gated community” is overrated . The plumbing SUCKS and they try to put the blame on you for things that that should fix & replace before hand. Front office poor management and customer service. Before I broke my lease I noticed and my ex neighbors had water going through each others walls. We all called and complained they only sucked the water up . So mold ?!???? The wet walls ??!? Then it was toilet water from one of the neighbors toilet that they wouldn’t fix . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE -100000000/10

I enjoy staying here. Maintenance comes in a timely manner whenever putting in a request, it’s quiet, nice landscaping and clean. They recently just change out some windows due to the foggy appearance of them. I didn’t even have to ask which I thought was awesome and how they care about the upkeep of the apartments.

There are MUCH better options available in Conway for better pricing!!!!!!! I lived here for about a year, appliances are not aligned with the listed price!!!!!!!!!! Good communication from management, but ridiculous move out charges. Terrible dryer. I got charged $67 for a lint trap upon move out. Carpet stained on arrival and ripped in doorway. I had to pay $60 for a carpet cleaning and $100 for a bedroom clean on move out??Service requests were not as timely. Impossible to receive full deposit back. The window slats break off at the touch of a finger, I'm not kidding. Slats were missing upon arrival. There was an incident of a resident's french bulldog yelling/screaming for weeks and weeks on end. I was told it was a baby by management. They raise the rent frequently according to other

Been living here for a little over a month and have been ver happy so far! The people at the office were very helpful and were able to get me in very quickly. I rented one of their large one bedrooms and have plenty of space for my living room furniture and a gaming setup by my balcony. I've met a couple of my neighbors in passing and they all seam very friendly. The place appears to be well taken care of. I see a guy walking around with a bucket most mornings picking up trash. I am also looking forward to checking out the pool! The office said it should be opening for summer any day. If your looking for a nice quit area I would definitely recommend checking them out.

The staff is amazing and so is the management! Maintenance gets done at a timely manner. Very responsive. The staff is very under standing and helpful! The only reason I can see someone complain about this property is if they where in the wrong and they didn’t like the out come of how there move out. Never had any problems with my move out statement. I wasn’t charged with anything for pet damage because I had no pet. No problems with bed bugs. You can only get bed bugs after living somewhere is if you brought them in with you. You can’t be charged with pet damage if you didn’t have a pet. I followed the rules so the company didn’t charge me an arm and leg for damage. Follow the rules and you won’t get charged for things. Best place to live if you ask me.
