Working with the Rider Elite Team has made the hassel of buying and selling a home as seamless as possible. Every member of the team has been amazing through the whole process! The recipies are great. The food itself is great and they pair it with a nice adult beverage that usually complements not only the dish being prepared, but also the occassion or time of year. The main concern we have is that the recipies are for more advanced cooks and not novice cooks. It is most likely fine if you're able to follow along at the exact time that the zoom cooking event happens. But, if you can't make it right on time, it could be frustrating for the less advanced cooks. We feel like the recipies are missing the "prep" stages such as if something needs to be thawed in advance, pre-cooked, or marinated, prior to the actual cooking start. If that can be added so if we need to prepare a portion of the dish accordingly, that would make the experience that much more enjoyable. It
