I spent a year at The Rey, and it’s been such a positive experience, mostly because of the amazing team. Tina and Matthew were honestly the best—whenever I needed something, they were there to help right away and made sure I had everything I needed. It always felt like they genuinely cared about making my living experience the best it could be. I worked hard to make my apartment feel like home, and the team were so supportive of that. Plus, being walking distance to places like El Cortez and Tweet Street was a huge perk. It felt like a peaceful retreat from downtown, but still close enough to everything I wanted to be near. My time at The Rey was really special, and I’ll always appreciate how the people made it feel like home.

I can’t thank Harrison enough for helping me find my dream home at The Rey. This was my first time living on my own and Harrison made the entire process so smooth. He was so kind and patient, showed me multiple units, answered all my questions, and always responded quickly to my emails. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect apartment for me. The Rey itself is everything I could have hoped for in an apartment complex. It's quiet, well-kept, has a 24-hour gym, beautiful sky deck, pool, and lounge areas. My apartment was spotless on move-in and everything works perfectly. I’m absolutely in love with my new home and couldn’t have found it without Harrison’s help! :)

If I could give this community a 0 star I would. This complex and leasing office is extremely shady and unprofessional. My partner and I were very excited to apply for an apartment with The Rey. We were in very close communications with the leasing office and they had told us that we were conditionally approved and that we had different options to decide between before we were fully approved. The last time I had spoken with the leasing office, I said that we would review the information they gave us and that we would give our confirmation on how to move forward in a couple days. Without our consent The Rey withdrew $500 from my partners account!! They claimed that we were informed that once our application was approved the security deposit would be automatically withdrawn, which was clearl

Update 05/29/25: Don’t rent #1410 without negotiating. The construction is directly in front of you—losing privacy and peace six days a week from 5am-6pm drilling, slamming, unrelenting of noise. You will hate it. At the end, I spent 6 hours deep cleaning the apartment, including all appliances, bathrooms, cabinets, refrigerator, etc., before moving out, photos attached, and they still tried to charge us $580 for cleaning and painting… First time in 10 years of renting I have ever had my deposit docked. We are disputing, but disappointed in this and the renewal that came in too high after our lease was up to consider. Overall, would not rent again. 01/2024 Review For reference I moved from a VHCOL, dense urban city, so my opinions are factoring that. I-moved in a couple weeks ago into a

Their self guided tours with 3rd party app don’t work at all. It’s extremely frustrating & so off putting as someone looking for a potential new home. We visited this location & got a headache from the process & after 30mins of dealing with it, going to the leasing office multiple times up and down the elevator because doors wouldn’t open, the staff not helping out with the issues.. don’t bother wasting your time unless they fix it. Two of the employees told us they knew of the issues.. They offered another appointment, but why? So I can come back & get a headache from a system that’s not working. We were able to see the pool area & entrance / the leasing office.. very nice, clean, & secure front door. Wish we would’ve been able to see more but oh well..
