The Revive at 1749

Do not trust Hunter or anyone associated with these apartments. I paid nearly two thousand dollars to move in, and when I arrived, the apartment was crawling with roaches. I had no hot water for two weeks upon moving in, and there was no light in the bedroom. The lock on my front door is still not fixed, and nothing in the kitchen works. The apartment smells like cat pee. On top of that, there was no air conditioning for two weeks in the middle of summer. When you confront Hunter about these issues, he will push your phone out of your hand and act as if these problems are not a concern. Read your lease, send three written notices about the issues, and get out of your lease because Hunter and everyone associated with this place are slumlords. Enjoy my pictures as proof. Hunter has been so great to me and my family since we've moved to the Revive! He's great about communicating with me if I ever need anything and quick to get things fixed whenever I've needed it!! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

If you know what to look for you would know not to go here hunter has great attitude but I will say he showed us a apartment that had water damage and the ceiling where light fixture is you can see where light ready to fall down if not fixed when we got to bedrooms we overlooked the fact there was homeless in room with a puppy they got in through window which once we showed him he called maintenance to secure windows so that was a good thing he was proactive. But overall still wasnt great. Definitely wont be moving here. There is another reason we wont though a bigger reason.

It could use some updates like get rid of the carpet!!! No one puts carpet in apartments anymore!! Think of how many ppl have lived there on that same carpet, ugh!! Other than that it's not bad place to live.

I can’t say enough good things about Revive 1749 apartments! I’ve been blown away by the exceptional care of the community provided by Hunter, the property manager. Hunter is an absolute gem—always approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making this place feel like home. Whether it’s addressing a maintenance request in record time or offering a friendly wave in the hallway, he goes above and beyond to ensure every resident feels valued. Five stars all the way!
