The Retreat at Sherwood

Thank you for rhe tour. Our tour guide was very nice, but couldn't answer all questions. She had't worked there that long. While the outside of the apartments were very nice, the room sizes to us were confining. We prefer a more open floor plan.

I have had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is well kept and any issues that come up are handled quickly and professionally. Kaylen the property manager has been outstanding, always approachable, attentive, and genuinely caring about residents’ needs. It makes a huge difference knowing that management is reliable and committed to keeping everything running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed home

When I first move here in May, 2025, Ms, Jessica was so patience with me. Whatever questions I had everyday and all day she answered them. From the first day of move in until even now she’s still helpful. She very dedicated to the residents that’s on site. She really does go the extra mile. I love going into the office with my son just to take all the snacks. Great place and community to live in.

Residing at The Retreat at Sherwood has truly been a wonderful experience! The community is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like home from day one. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the amenities add so much convenience—from the pool and fitness center to the well-kept common areas. The management team especially Jessica is professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and Jessica makes sure everything stays in top shape. I moved into the retreat at Sherwood in July. I truly wanted to leave a good review for this apartment complex. But due to the ongoing roach infestation unfortunately I won’t. You don’t want to move here. This place is infested. I’m not for sure if they actually have this place professionally sprayed for bugs, but whatever they’re doing it’s not working. The trim around my refrigerator and freezer needed to re-replaced so maintenance came out and supposedly fixed it but every time I open the refrigerator, I want to vomit because roaches would be crawling in and out of the freezer and fridge very disgusting. I have begged pleaded screamed, cried, and they’re really nice about saying oh we are so sorry. We will get on that immediately. At the end of my review they’ll say oh please rea
