Longstreth Apartments

Longstretch apartments is a wonderful place to live. I have been over here since 2018 and I have never had a problem with anyone or anything…management has always been good and compliant. If there was a need they responded in a timely manner. This is a great place to live. The people over here are very friendly and it is a quiet area.

Easily the most receptive and easy to communicate with management I've ever had in my 12 year rental history. I'm never stressed or worried about reaching out to them. Also the friendliest bunch of people live here, everyone is so kind, I've never worried about my safety once since moving here. I truly enjoy this community!

Longstreth apartments is hands down the best value in sherwood. Modest rent prices and a landlord that cares. The average monthly rent in pulaski county is $750.00. Longstreth is less then that in most cases and it's right down the street from the sherwood police department. A quality place. All NEW amenities.

So far both managers and propert owners have been super awesome, accommodating, and understanding. This is prior to moving in, during, and now. The neighbors are kind also. I couldn’t ask for a better set up. Thanks Amy!
