The Retreat at Renaissance

My mom lived here for several years. Overall a great place. Many happy memories and grateful for such nice accommodation for the elderly. Thankful my mom could enjoy living here. She enjoyed the book club, computer classes, gardening in the front, many wonderful neighbors. Thank you.

I hate to say it but ..imma say it i really hate our people customer service. Visited this place knocked on the door stood outside called the number instructed jus to look thru the window to see the property manager sotting at her desk watching us once she notice we saw her she still did not come to the door n no its 11 not 12 even if was lunch time customer service would have been great we got silence. Smh do better

I do not like it here , It wasn’t what i thought it was ., Im so disappointed ,When my lease is up I’m moving .
