Maria Maria is the best i love her so much! Update Maria is no longer there, stayed with this company always payed my bills... recently moved and now there trying say we owe them 10,000 like how the apartment is not even worth that...I stayed in 2 units while there 1st one had a leak so whenever it rains would literally have to put pots under to catch rain. Told them they never fixed the leaks coming from ceiling. So I moved apartments in the last one I stayed it would leak from window whenever it'd rain. This company picks and chooses. They allow this one resident there to let her multiple kids run around naked at that in middle of driveway at all times of the day even night time. They play music on weekdays and weekends up until 5 in morning at times, they leave beer cans all over the p

I toured with Maria a few days ago. I am a 1st time renters and she explained everything! I had so many questions and she answered them with the best attitude! I recommend this place! Go see Maria and her team!

I lived here 20yrs ago when it was “Fountain Head” looks like absolutely nothing has changed except the name. Even 20yrs ago, we had roaches, bed bugs, appliances not working. Leaking roofs (1st floor) leaking roof due to rain (2nd floor) that NEVER got fixed. Cats everywhere, bums everywhere. Pools rarely open (yeah this isn’t new, same old stuff 20yrs ago) Crazy thing is, I lived here for about 10 years.(3 different units. They had to keep moving us due to the issues) I sometimes wonder what’s it like now or if things changed in the place where I grew up. It’s a real shame that nothing has changed. This complex needs to be demolished because they’ll never get rid of the bugs. Once a complex has roaches, they’ll never be irradiated. I have severe PTSD from living here. Stay away for your

Unless you like living unsafe, be my guest. These apartments suffer with a lot of crime. Auto theft, breaking into vehicles, drugs, infestation, and God knows what else. Worrying about sketchy neighbors. Insulation and AC in these apartments are terrible. Trying to stick it out to the end. Way better places to live for the price that you pay monthly here. If you really want to see the truth about these apartments, don’t come during the day come at night. It will cost you more in the long run to live here than to find somewhere else.

The worst 6 months of my life, I do not recommend it at all. The apartment smells of marijuana all the time because the neighbors smoke inside their units and the smoke gets into the others, dirty, infestations of birds and cockroaches, contaminated pools, the administration does nothing to provide solutions, only charge, you go to make complaints and they do not attend to you and when you leave they take 90% of the deposit. There are many better options with a better price than this place.
