The Resort at Lake Crossing Apartments

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Resort. I’ve lived here for 10 months now, and I’ve loved every moment here. The leasing team always respond right away, they’re kind, understanding, and always in the office if you want to pop in and ask a question. They also throw community events all the time (I.e., pool parties with food trucks, movie nights, trunk-or-treats, and more). And when I submit a maintenance request (no matter how low or high the priority), a maintenance worker shows up the very next day, if not day-of. Yes, I’m serious! If I have a concern, it’s taken seriously, and I’m treated with empathy and kindness, and real work is done to take care of my situation. Everything is clean and well taken care of, both outside the homes and inside my unit. I have a 1 bed/1 bath

I LOVE my apartment! It's in a great community, with friendly neighbors! The staff here is super friendly and helpful, (shout out to Jessica and Rachel) maintenance stays on top of their job (shout out to Roberto and Zak), and the property looks beautiful all the time! Near the interstate, great school district and less than 10 mins from the Hamburg area! I would definitely refer a friend!

The very best place to live in Lexington! The staff are wonderful and make a difference by inspiring me to remain a resident...all are diligent and very trustworthy when it comes to your personal space of living...it truly is "Home Sweet Home!" Couldn't ask for a better "team!" Thank you!

Living at the Resort at Lake Crossing Apartments is a mostly positive experience. The community is clean, quiet, and well-located—close to shopping, healthcare, and dining options. The landscaping is well-maintained, and amenities like the pool and fitness center add value to daily living. The management team is generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Neighbors are courteous, which helps maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. One area that could be improved is the location of the garbage disposal area. It is quite far from many of the apartment units, which can make trash disposal inconvenient—especially during bad weather or for residents with limited mobility. Only got to live here for 6 months, but really enjoyed it! Annette made our tour and move in process easy and simple. Our apartment was clean and well taken care of. The first week, our sink did start leaking underneath, so we did file a maintenance request the next morning and it was fixed by noon that day! When the light bulbs went out in the breezeway, I filed a maintenance request and they were replaced the next morning! The leasing and maintenance staff always got back to us quickly, which means more than the apartment itself. Very thankful for our time at The Resort at Lake Crossing!
