The Resort at Encinitas

Recently moved in and had a great experience with the office staff Cristina and Melody. They were very welcoming when I came into the office and they made the overall renting process easy. The maintenance guy Isaiah was very nice as well, he was super helpful and he let me know he’s always available.

I toured The Resort at Encinitas with Melody and had a great experience! She was very helpful, informative, and made the tour easy and enjoyable. The property is stunning. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the availability I needed, but I really appreciated her time and all the information she shared. It looks like the new management is going to turn the place around!

I recently moved into this community and have had a great experience so far. Melody and Cristina in the office have been very helpful and welcoming, and Isaiah from maintenance is very communicative and quick to help when needed. It’s nice to see the new management company making positive changes and working to improve the property. I’m glad I chose to move here.

We’ve lived here for just under a year now and I can’t say thank you enough to Isaiah the maintenance manager! He’s friendly and has genuinely made living here so much more enjoyable. His entire crew is so kind and respectful to our space whenever I need something fixed. Thank you Isaiah!

I am writing this review because of my very positive experiences with Isaiah in Maintenance. I would have given 3 stars as it's been a bit frustrating soon after I moved in 6mths ago with getting things fixed by prior staff (could have been better skilled and less crude). I'm aware of recent management changes, and am very happy for the update that Isaiah is now in charge of maintenance, prompting me to write this review! I am feeling a lot better about living here and wanted to share my very recent experience with Isaiah on Feb 3rd. He is professional, communicative and was able to not only replace my disposal ridiculously quickly, he has an excellent and calm bedside manner and ensured I was heard, needs met, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix. Truly, the best custom
